The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Adrian J. Douglas, 23, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on the right side of the roadway and driving while suspended and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Ryan C. Marshall, 19, 300 New Hall, Emily A. Kessler, 19, of Freeburg, Ill., and Danielle M. Trent, 19, of Chesterfield, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A subject is in custody pending charges of concealment of contraband.

* Theodore G. Hughes IV, 22, 22 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Jabari A. Harris, 19, 1000 Towers Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fine and cost for stop sign violation.

* Cody R. Nanney, 18, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and failure to have license plate light.

* Danny L. Warren III, 24, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

* Kevin M. Meller, 29, 1354 N. Park Drive, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Benjamin A. Goodman, 22, 611 Sycamore St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear.

* Mark C. Upchurch, 28, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Kaylen B. Harris, 21, 2834 Whitener St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of interfering with arrest.

* James C. Waller III, 17, 184 Waller Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and having no driver's license.

Summons

* Eric J. Brown, 23, 208 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Robbery

* A robbery was reported.

Thefts

* Thirsty's, 1444 Independence St., reported a theft of money.

* An iPod and gift cards were reported stolen at 612 North St.

Property damage

* A mailbox and pole were reported damaged at 1944 Perryville Road.

* A door and paint on vehicle were reported damaged at 1436 Luce St.
