Arrests...

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Anthony C. Borgfield, 33, 2765 Hawthorne Road, was arrested on suspicion of failing to comply with a police officer.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a concealable firearm.

* Frederick A. Crittendon, 32, 151 Enclave Circle, was arrested on a Cook County, Ill., warrant for driving under the influence.

* Brenda K. Cartwright, 48, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear for no financial responsibility.

Summonses

* Jazmin T. Hill, 18, of Florissant, Mo., received a summons for possession of alcohol.

* Anthony S. Wilson, 20, 319 S. Middle St., received a summons for a fireworks violation.

* Derrick L. Jones, 46, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for assault.

* Cynthia D. Waler, 46, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for stealing clothes from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Christopher D. O'Kelly, 26, 709 S. Ellis St., received a summons for a noise violation.

Assault

* An assault was reported at 1101 William St.

Robbery

* Robbery, burglary and felonious restraint were reported.

* A robbery was reported at 546 S. Sprigg St.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft of electric services were reported stolen at 919 Ellis St.

* A firearm was reported stolen at 2755 Lynwood Hills Drive.

Thefts

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 415 Bellevue St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 442 S. Spring Ave.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 40 Sprigg St.

* Electronics and money were reported stolen from a vehicle at 735 Normal Ave.

Property damage

* Sunglasses and an eye glass repair kit were reported damaged at Shell, 3415 William St.

* Subway, 701 Broadway, reported a menu board damaged.

Miscellaneous

* A 45-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* False declaration was reported at South Sprigg Street and Shawnee Parkway.

* Trespassing was reported.
