  • Michael A. Stearns, 20, 624 Louis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • Brandon R. Garner, 23, 3009 Mimosa Drive, No. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.
  • A 12-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault.
