The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Cedric J. Lucious, 21, of 519 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for stealing, failure to appear for contempt of court for no operator's license and for failure to appear for contempt of court for possession of a controlled substance and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Christel Eanes, 35, 513 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a warrant.

* Troy Allen, 47, 540 N. Spanish St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Misty D. Forkum, 24, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent attempt to obtain prescription.

* Charles L. Stokes, 50, 514 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Billy E. Williams, 55, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 6, was arrested on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear for burglary.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for driving while suspended, failure to signal, possession of drug paraphernalia and attempt to manufacture a controlled substance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.

* Derek Mingo, 555 N. Sprigg St., No. 19, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear for no operator's license, no insurance and improper registration.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of theft of a motor vehicle.

Summons

* David C. Epps, 58, 200 Bellevue St., was issued summonses for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A license plate was reported stolen at 218 S. West End Blvd.

* Identity theft was reported.

* A 45-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance was reported.
