Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Colleen M. Odom, 39, 2863 Whitener St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Terry L. Webster, 45, 902 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for fraud, a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for no operator's license and a New Madrid County warrant for fraud.
  • Yasheika Y. Lee, 30, 216 S. McKinney, Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Nicholas S. Wayland, 19, 2859 Whitener St., Apt. A2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
  • Jerry L. Curry, 42, 123 N. Clark St., Apt. 2, was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

Summons

  • Allen E. Irons Jr., 24, 316 Independence St., was issued a summons for disturbing the peace.

Thefts

  • A refrigerator, furnace and air conditioner were reported taken from 721 N. Middle St.
  • Olivia P. Manning, 19, 9 E. Willow, Charleston, Mo., and Shelia M. Brame, 18, 7 E. Willow, Charleston, were issued summonses on suspicion of stealing less than $500 from J.C. Penney.
  • Stealing was reported on the Wal-Mart parking lot.
  • Stealing was reported at the Main Street parking lot.
  • A Missouri license plate was reported stolen in the 500 block of Koch Avenue.
  • Gasoline was reported taken from Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 341 S. Sprigg St.
  • Gasoline was reported taken at Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.
  • A camera and camcorder were reported taken at 2851 Vista Lane.

Property damage

  • A brick wall was reported spray painted at 1021 Kingshighway.
  • A window was reported broken at 1031 Merriwether St.

Miscellaneous

  • A subject is in custody on suspicion of driving while suspended and obstructing traffic.
  • Two juveniles were arrested on suspicion of a curfew violation.
  • A set of keys was found at the corner of Siemers and Lowes drives.
  • An ex parte violation was reported.
  • Second-degree domestic assault was reported.
  • A wallet was found at Interstate 55 and William Street.
  • Endangering the welfare of a child was reported at the corner of Sprigg Street and Highway 74.
  • Interference with child custody was reported.
  • Protective custody was reported.
  • Ricky C. Rosenthal, 47, 1101 Bloomfield Road, was reported missing.
  • A dog bite was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Property damage

  • Damage to a vehicle reported in the 1200 block of Morton Street.
  • Damage to a vehicle window and theft of money were reported in the 300 block of East Monroe Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported in the 2000 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
  • Peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of West Independence Street.
