The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Amanda R. Thrasher, 22, 439 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene, improper turn and failing to maintain a single lane.
* Charles Cook, 56, of Decatur, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license.
* Harry D. Sloan, 19, 426 North St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for not paying fines and failure to appear for property damage.
* An assault was reported.
* Medication was reported stolen at South Pacific and Independence streets.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Georgia Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of Shady Lane.
The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items.
Thefts
* A mountain bike was reported stolen at Grauel Hall.
* A XC Cube Intel computer was reported stolen at the Show Me Center.
