The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Darcell C. Moore, 21, 1080 S. Ellis St, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for no operator's license, no proof of insurance, seat-belt violation, failure to appear for probation revocation hearing and prohibited acts.
• Krista M. Anthony, 30, 418 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fine for noise disturbance.
• Michael W. Hinton, 30, 324 Bellevue St, was arrested on suspicion of assault, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, possession of chemical with intent to distribute and stealing.
• Joshua D. Mungle, 20, 1208 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Roland D. Davis, 37, 119 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
• Brenna J. Straughn, 20, 526 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Thefts

• A purse was reported stolen at 17 S. Mount Auburn Road.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St, reported a theft of fuel.
• Bi-Sate Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.
• Bi-Sate Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
• A 2002 Chrysler Sebring was reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

• A request to assist another agency was reported.
• A 34-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• Identity theft was reported.

• Ada M. Lowman, 28, 725 West Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summons

• Christopher L. Sterling, 27, 1025 Odus Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
