Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Terrence D. Mosley, 19, 331 S. Lorimier St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for stealing.
• A subject was in custody for fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance.
• Two juvenile boys, ages 13 and 14, were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance by fighting.
• Deborah A. Kinder, 45, 38 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.
• A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for truancy.
• Anthony N. Lucas, 20, 1241 Brenda Kay Court, Apt. B, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for revoked operator's license, failure to drive on right half of the roadway and probation violation for revoked operator's license.
• Zachary J. Lavoi, 22, 237 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

• Tamara J. Martin, 44, 2828 Bevin Drive, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Kristopher R. Kneable, 17, 701 Broadway, Apt. 3, was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
• Darcell C. Moore, 20, 1080 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for driving while revoked and no proof of insurance.

Thefts

• Theft of a CD player, speakers, subwoofer and tuner was reported at 117 N. Middle St.
• Theft of personal checks was reported.
• Theft of liquor was reported at Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway.
• Theft of an EBT card was reported at 709 North St., Apt. 4.
• Theft of aluminum siding was reported at Vantage and Connor drives.

Arrests

• Elizabeth I. Harris, 26, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
• Stephanie L. Todrank, 37, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
• Angela D. Ford, 36, of Friedheim was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation for passing bad checks.
• Ronald Rinnin, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and no operator's license.
• Jimmy D. Reed Jr., 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.
• James A. Smith, 43, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for stealing an animal, trespassing and property damage.
• David J. Pruitt, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.
• Christopher S. Gaugh, 58, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and domestic assault.
