Arrests

  • Terrence D. Mosley, 19, 331 S. Lorimier St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for stealing.
  • A subject was in custody for fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance.
  • Two juvenile boys, ages 13 and 14, were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance by fighting.
  • Deborah A. Kinder, 45, 38 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.
  • A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for truancy.
  • Anthony N. Lucas, 20, 1241 Brenda Kay Court, Apt. B, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for revoked operator's license, failure to drive on right half of the roadway and probation violation for revoked operator's license.
  • Zachary J. Lavoi, 22, 237 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

  • Tamara J. Martin, 44, 2828 Bevin Drive, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Kristopher R. Kneable, 17, 701 Broadway, Apt. 3, was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

  • Theft of a CD player, speakers, subwoofer and tuner was reported at 117 N. Middle St.
  • Theft of personal checks was reported.
  • Theft of liquor was reported at Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway.
  • Theft of an EBT card was reported at 709 North St., Apt. 4.
  • Theft of aluminum siding was reported at Vantage and Connor drives.
