Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A TV/DVD player was reported stolen at 1015 Bloomfield St.

* Softball equipment, tools and a toolbox were reported stolen.

* Nip Kelly Construction reported roadway signs stolen.

* Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported money stolen.

Property damage

* A wooden door was reported damaged at 209 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

* West Park Mall reported the fraudulent use of a credit device.

* A 50-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
