DWI

  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain right half of the roadway.

Arrests

  • A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
  • Sheraton M. Lockridge, 19, 800 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and probation violation.
  • Teresa A. Daniels, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

  • Marion J. Baker, 26, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for tampering.
  • Jamie D. Talley, 30, 227 S. Lorimier St., was issued a summons for loud music.
  • Jennifer Henson, 33, 1927 N. Kingshighway, lot 21, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

Thefts

  • Money and an ID were reported stolen at 20 N. Spanish St.
  • A robbery was reported in the 800 block of North Sprigg Street.

Assaults

  • A third-degree assault was reported.
  • A second-degree assault was reported. A subject is in custody pending formal charges.

Property damage

  • A vehicle window was reported damaged at William and Hanover streets.

Miscellaneous

  • A 23-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • Interference with custody was reported.
