DWI

* Christian A. Painter, 39, 2827 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Michael S. Payne, 28, 909 Hackberry St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear to contempt of court for failure to pay fines and cost for peace disturbance.

* Richard T. Bangert, 45, 2573 Magnolia Ave., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a reproduced, modified or altered ID.

* Frazier B. Bankhead, 43, 1403 Pemiscot St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

* Earl N. MacKinnon, 44, of Scott City was arrested on a Brevard County, Fla., warrant for failure to appear for felony retail theft.

* Thomas Wiley Jr., 47, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for false declaration.

* James R. Flesher, 20, 1524 Amblewood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of property damage and unlawful use of a license.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* An assault with trespassing was reported.

Thefts

* The Knights of Columbus, 318 S. Spanish St., reported a theft of cash. A subject is in custody pending formal charges in connection with the complaint.

* Money was reported stolen at 165 Siemers Drive.

* Dollar General, 724 Broadway, reported a theft of beauty supplies and socks.

* Identity theft was reported.

* A house window was reported damaged at 1022 Jefferson Ave.

* Terry G. Stanton, 20, 1225 Brandom St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Jessica L. Kruger, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to dim lights within 500 feet.

Arrests

* Morris Kendrick, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, failure to equip a motor vehicle with a rear license plate lamp and resisting a lawful stop.

* Kyle G. Insley, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Clayton D. Matthews, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Drew A. Ryan, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Adam J. Armes, 19, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault, domestic assault, peace disturbance, property damage and resisting or interfering with an arrest.

* Brooke N. Bernhardt, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor and resisting or interfering with an arrest.

* Kevin R. Craft, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault, peace disturbance and possession of liquor by a minor.

* David S. Rains, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault, peace disturbance, possession of liquor by a minor, resisting or interfering with an arrest and defective taillights, and a Festus, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Alexis B. Smith, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Dustin W. Smith, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Jeremy D. Voshage, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault, assault on a law enforcement officer, peace disturbance, possession of liquor by a minor and resisting or interfering with an arrest.
