The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Daniel E. Jones of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested Sunday at the intersection of Kingshighway and Walnut on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrests Jason Burdin, 24, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a New Madrid County warrant for contempt of court.

Theft Gasoline was reported stolen Saturday from BiState at 920 N. Kingshighway.

Compact discs and stereo equipment were reported stolen Sunday from 4 Village Drive.

Furniture and electronic equipment were reported stolen Sunday from 708 N. Sprigg.

Assault An assault was reported Saturday in Capaha Park.

Property Damage

Property damage to three tires was reported Saturday in the 300 block of N. Fountain. Miscellaneous

Peace disturbance and trespassing were reported at 1208 S. Sprigg Saturday.

A checkbook was reported lost Sunday at 3439 William.
