The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Robert E. Rafferty Jr., 22, of Jackson, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Steven L. Williams, 24, of 1098 Linden, Apt. 37 was arrested Monday on suspicion of violating an order of protection.

Andre Boyd, 32, of 1016 Village Lane was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of providing alcohol to a minor and speeding.

Joshua K. Moore, 18, of 1227 College was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and minor in possession of alcohol.

Travis W. Shavers, 19, of 800 S. Ellis was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol.

Theft

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday at Dwight's Amoco at 2148 William.

Prescription medication was reported stolen Monday at 324 S. Lorimer.

A purse and contents were reported stolen Monday at 3049 William.

Medications were reported stolen Tuesday at 615 Boxwood.

Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday at Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.Property Damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 3001 Themis.

A glass table was reported broken at 302 Blackford Lane.

Miscellaneous A two-car accident was reported Monday at U.S. 61 and Route K.

A two-car accident was reported Tuesday at 353 S. Kingshighway. A summons was issued to Makalem J. Martinez, of 3015 Aspen, Apt. 125 on suspicion of leaving the scene and being an unlicensed driver.

A car struck a deer Tuesday at Bloomfield and Wolf Lane.

A two-car accident was reported Tuesday at Missouri Highway 74 and Morgan Oak.

A one-car injury accident was reported Tuesday at Interstate 55 and Hopper.

A three-car accident was reported Tuesday at Mount Auburn and William.

A two-car accident was reported Tuesday at South Sprigg and Morgan Oak.

A stopped car was struck by another Tuesday at William and Mount Auburn.

A two-car accident was reported Tuesday at Kingshighway and Themis.

A two-car accident was reported Tuesday at William and Siemers.

A two-car accident was reported Tuesday at 3439 William.
