Arrests Drew Shawn Decramer, 22, of 721 Perry Ave., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
A subject was taken into custody Saturday pending the filing of charges for tattooing a minor.
Thomas Lamar Youngblood, 19, of Cape Girardeau and Alisha Jean Schwartz, 19, of 1313 Route V, were arrested Saturday on suspicion of stealing gasoline.
Summons Eric Eugene Bennett, 18, 1205 N. Missouri St., was issued a summons Saturday for minor in possession of alcohol.
Thefts License plates were reported stolen Friday at 1017 Locust St.
License plate renewal tabs were reported stolen Friday at 1701 Lacey St.
Blankets were reported stolen Friday from 15 S. West End Blvd.
A stereo was reported stolen and a window broken Saturday at 2636 Marvin St.
A stereo was reported stolen and a window broken Saturday at 2512 Albert St.
A purse, DVD player, VCR and money were reported stolen and a window broken Saturday at Beauty Systems Group, 54 S. Plaza Way.
A stereo faceplate, CDs and lottery tickets were reported stolen Saturday at 2505 Melrose Ave.
Stealing was reported Saturday at 2432 Melrose Ave.
A chair and plant hanger were reported stolen Saturday at 2216 Abbey Road.
A CD player, cell phone and microphone were reported stolen Saturday from 1307 Delwin St.
A window was broken and a laptop computer and money were reported stolen Saturday from Schmidt & Frey, CPA/LLC at 1930 Independence St.
Fishing poles and tackle were reported stolen Saturday from 2514 Melrose Ave.
Property Damage
Vehicle tires were reported damaged Friday at 601 North St.
Assaults
Third-degree assault was reported Friday at South Pacific and Ellis streets.
A subject was taken into custody Saturday pending the filing of charges for third-degree assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting lawful detention.
Third-degree assault was reported Saturday at 823 S. Kingshighway.

Check forgery was reported Friday at 2101 William St.
Identity theft was reported Friday at 434 N. Fountain St.
An animal bite was reported Friday at 1236 Linden St., No. 2.
An abandoned 1984 Oldsmobile was reported Friday in the 300 block of Merriwether Street.
Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Friday a 111 S. Broadview.
A 14-year-old juvenile runaway was recovered Friday by the Jackson Police Department.
A dog bite was reported Saturday at 1115 Bloomfield St.
