The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI George Gendron McFall, 42, of 803 Independence, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.
Arrests Raymond C. Jackson, 26, of 501 Clayton, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of conspiring to distribute marijuana.
Brandon D. Tipler, 22, of 210 Riverside Drive, New Madrid, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of first-degree robbery and a state warrant for parole violation.
Shawn M. Young, 26, of 102 W. Lara, Howardsville, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of first-degree robbery.
Kimberly J. Allen, 21, of 416 Washington, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of attempted delivery of marijuana.
Rhonda S. Jackman, 26, of 930 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Shannon County warrant for bad checks.
Kathleen R. Ullman, 40, of 1807 Woodlawn, Scott City, was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for making a false police report.
Frazier B. Bankhead, 37, of 1945 Delwin, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
Shawn R. Pabalis, 29, of 726 N. Perry, Davenport, Iowa, was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear.
A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court Thursday for assault.
Brian D. Harris, 27, of 1116 Maple, Dexter, Mo., was arrested by the Stoddard County Sheriff's Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Margaret A. Johnson, 21, of 4515 Ridge Pines, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Tresa A. Caudle, 23, of 11 S. Ellis, Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Union County, Ill., warrant for contempt of court.
John Henry Harris II, 20, of 105 S. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on Cape Girardeau County warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear.
Fred J. Lewis, 45, of 1035 Olive Branch Road, Mounds, Ill., was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Summons Jerry D. Conrad, 17, of 1718 Montgomery, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for discharging fireworks from a motor vehicle.
Joel D. Nelson, 23, of 120 North St., Cape Girardeau, received a summons Saturday for a noise violation.
Assaults An assault was reported at 126 S. Louisiana.

An assault and armed criminal action was reported Friday in the 500 block of South Ellis.
An assault was reported Friday at Broadway and Frederick.
A domestic assault was reported Saturday at 2800 Pioneer, Lot 125.
Thefts
Prescription medication was reported stolen Wednesday at 1807 Woodlawn.
A license plate marked 262-PF5 was reported stolen Wednesday at 2883 Hopper Road.
Cash was reported stolen Thursday at West Park Mall.
Shell D-Mart reported the theft of gasoline Thursday at 3415 William St.
A 10-speed Roadmaster bicycle was reported stolen Thursday at 624 S. Pacific.
Sears reported the theft of tools Thursday at 2102 William St. Ricky Dale Emerson, 39, of 108 Flad, Oran, Mo., was arrested on the complaint.
Fishing equipment was reported stolen Thursday at 1203 Hildale Circle.
Sam's Club reported the theft of CDs and DVDs Thursday at 232 Shirley.
A white 1993 Chevrolet S-10 truck with Missouri plates 540-NP1 was reported stolen Saturday at 515 Cape Meadows, Apt. 23.
A red Huffy bicycle was reported stolen Saturday at 103 N. Park.
