Arrests Joshua H. Bowes, 19, 1908 Bloomfield, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing.

John M. Fowler, 46, 1300 W. Mar-Elm, Scott City, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Marianne Porter, 42, 315 Good Hope, was arrested Thursday on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for stealing and contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for driving under suspension.

Marianne Sharp, 42, 315 Good Hope, was arrested Thursday on a city warrant for failure to appear for no city dog license.

Samuel R. Parker, no age given, 401 N. Louisiana, was arrested following a motor vehicle accident Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to drive on the right side of the road and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Jimmy L. Bell, 54, 233 N. Ellis, was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tywonne T. Turner, 29, 735 William, was arrested Friday on two St. Clair County, Ill., warrants for probation violation and no insurance.

Brandon Lamont King, 17, 1040 N. Fountain, was arrested Friday on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident, driving without a license, careless and imprudent driving and fleeing lawful detention.

Thefts A television, amplifier, speaker box, CDs and phone were reported stolen Thursday from 1721 Cape Meadows.

Keys were reported stolen Thursday from 617 Sycamore.

A 1989 Chevrolet Caprice was reported stolen Thursday from the 300 block of South Ellis.

A toolbox, tools and DVDs were reported stolen Thursday from 701 N. Middle.

Jewelry was reported stolen Thursday from 2857 Themis.

Gasoline was reported stolen Friday from Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

Black oramental iron stands were reported stolen from FGR Mechanical, 802 Good Hope.

Property Damage

A vehicle was reported spray painted Thursday at 1410 S. Sprigg.

Miscellaneous

A bicycle was reported found Thursday at 610 Henderson.

A 15-year-old female juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

DWIs

Abigail L. Weinrich, 18, no address given, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Jaime Eidson, 19, of Jackson was arrested Wednesday on warrants for driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Arrests

Bryan A. Reed, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested May 14 on a warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

Sonya Ezell, 21, of Jackson was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for probation violation for stealing.

Angie L. Purl, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Tuesday on warrants for possession of a controlled substance.
