Catherine Lee Foster, 41, 1064 West Cape Rock Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Devinice Yvette Creighton, 27, 803 Themis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for speeding and driving without a license.
James Eugene Garrett, 30, Box 30, Benton, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
Matthew H. Jones, 23, 225 S. Lorimier, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of animal abuse.
Martha Rose Dillow, 72, 985 Lick Creek Road, Anna, Ill., was arrested Thursday at Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall, on suspicion of stealing.
Eugene Haley, 26, 1316 Wayne St., Cape Girardeau was arrested Thursday on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
Patrick K. Reeves, 35, 135 S. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and costs for possession of a controlled substance.
Ashli S. Ayers, 19, 45 S. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on city warrants for three instances of contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and costs for stealing, and trespassing.Summons
Bryan D. Craddock, 21, 1631 New Madrid, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Thursday for littering from a vehicle.
Thefts A watch and jewelry were reported stolen Wednesday from 319 S. Middle.
Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday from Shell D-Mart.
A stop sign was reported stolen Wednesday from 1710 N. Sprigg.
Decorative metal cranes were reported stolen Wednesday from 613 Peironnet Drive.
A catalytic converter was reported stolen Thursday at Kingsway and Lexington.
Assorted makeup and jewelry were reported stolen from Dollar General Store, 1142 N. Kingshighway.
Gasoline was reported stolen from the Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway.
A men's orange bicycle with orange stickers was reported stolen Thursday from 428 Broadway.
Liquor was reported stolen from Shell D-Mart on Thursday.
A 2001 gray Toyota Corolla was reported stolen Friday.
Property Damage
A vehicle window was reported broken Thursday in the 200 block of North Pacific.
Miscellaneous
Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported Wednesday at Wal-Mart, 3439 William.
Television cables were reported cut Thursday at 128 S. Park.

Karen Grayson, 49, 714 Andrew, Jackson, was issued a summons Friday for failure to register a motor vehicle.

DWI Remington L. Apel, 18, of Burfordville, Mo., was arrested April 26 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests William E. Corley, 33, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to use.
Della Johnson, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested April 22 on a county warrant for passing a bad check.
Jeanna L Maynard, 28, of Jackson was arrested April 23 on a county warrant for probation violation and passing a bad check.
Terri A. Adele, 35, of Jackson, was arrested April 23 on a county warrant for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to use.
Michael O. Ulrich, 51, of Cape Girardeau was arrested April 24 on a county warrant for stealing.
Karl J. Westrich, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Sunday on a county warrant for assault of a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, property damage and three counts of second-degree assault.
Steven L. Allison Jr., 28, of Jackson was arrested Tuesday on a county warrant for three counts of statutory rape and three counts of sodomy.
