A person was in custody Friday pending the filing of formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at Benton and Independence.
Christopher S. Brooks, 41, of 1415 Luce was arrested Friday at Benton and Independence on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Adrian Marcellus Driver, 38, of 1762 Oakley Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to report to confinement.
James Alex Criddle, 17, of 617 Boxwood, Apt. C, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.
Adrin K. Nunley, 17, of 536 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.
Michael A. Sherrod, 34, of 1205 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday by the Scott County Sheriff's Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.
Thefts A watch was reported stolen Friday at 205 Caruthers.
A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Friday at 312 Franklin.
Two DVD boxed sets were reported stolen Friday from Wal-Mart, 3439 William.
A purse and its contents and a cellular phone were reported stolen and a car window broken on Friday at 354 Silver Springs Road.
A bottle of tequila was reported stolen Saturday at Rhodes 101 at 1126 N. Sprigg.
A license plate was reported stolen Saturday .
Keys and a membership card were reported stolen Saturday at 110 N. Park.
Assaults A domestic assault was reported Friday.
Four domestic assaults were reported on Saturday.
Property Damage
Window panes in a door were reported shattered on Friday at 412 Sheridan, Apt. 11.
A mailbox was reported damaged Saturday at 905 Stonebridge.
Miscellaneous
A 16-year-old was reported Friday as a runaway juvenile.
