ArrestsCarl David Atkins, 47, of Scott City, Mo., was arrested Friday for stealing and disturbing the peace.

Patrick J. Quartararo, 19, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested Friday for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Mitchell T. Glasscock, 41, of Benton, Mo., was arrested Friday for traffic violations.

AssaultUnlawful use of a weapon, assault and property damage were reported Friday at 516 Cape Meadows.
