  • Joy A. Lesar, 38, 325 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Amy C. Fahnestock, 25, 545 S. Spring Ave., Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and failure to use a signal.
  • Entwain I. Johnson, 32, 2818 Whitener St., No. 7, was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for driving while intoxicated.
  • John R. Mitchell III, 27, 195 Windsor, Lot 35, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for assault and a Dexter, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license and no insurance.
  • Robert F. Bodendieck, 24, Puxico, Mo., was arrested by the Stoddard County Sheriff's Department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for speeding, failure to appear for trial on speeding and failure to pay fine for careless and imprudent driving.
  • Jennifer F. Guthrey, 22, 408 Albert St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no operator's license and improper registration and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges for burglary, property damage, stealing and resisting arrest.
  • Robert Q. Woods, 23, 1427 Price Drive, was arrested on a federal probation violation warrant.
  • Bonnie J. Moore, 50, 4344 County Road 635, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to maintain property free of litter.
  • Leonard McAdory, 34, of 623 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
  • Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges for forgery, hindering prosecution and false impersonation.

Summonses

  • Benjamin R. Davis, 28, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 204, received a summons for property damage.
  • Sandra D. Sides, 61, of Florissant, Mo., received a summons for illegal dumping and failure to keep property free of litter.

  • Applebee's, 202 S. Broadview St., reported a theft of food services.
  • Furniture, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, dishes, cleaning supplies and other items were reported stolen at 1105 Linden St.
  • Mid America Hotels, 105 S. Mount Auburn Road, reported a theft.
  • Smokers Outlet, 2116 William St., reported a theft of cigarettes.
  • A theft was reported.
  • Bi State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported at 521 N. Middle St.
  • A burglary was reported at 2140 Sussex Drive. Cash was reported stolen.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 25 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

  • A request for service was reported.
  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • A 53-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • Trespassing was reported.
  • Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

  • Clinton J. Reynolds, 17, of Leopold, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of cocaine possession, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of possession of a controlled substance (not prescribed) and failure to register a motor vehicle.

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 2600 block of Mansfield Place.

  • Michael B. Hinman, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of statutory sodomy.
  • Bernard E. Golinski, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and resisting or interfering with arrest.
  • Kyle R. Trousdale, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
  • Carrie A. Smith, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for no insurance ID.
  • Aaron W. Gordon, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to have a child in a safety seat.
  • John R. Mitchell, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear.
