Jones, 19, 1006 Locust St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no operator's license and failure to appear for trespassing; a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for trespassing; an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation; and three Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for burglary, probation violation for forgery and failure to appear for driving while suspended.
  • Kenean L. Blackmon, 19, 202 William St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for weapons violation and a warrant for probation violation.
  • David C. Inman, 47, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Daunte J. Smith, 29, of Lilbourn, Mo., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for revoked operator's license, failure to appear for driving while revoked, failure to pay fine for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to pay fine for peace disturbance, and on suspicion of false declaration.

Summonses

  • Betty A. Bryant, 26, of Charleston, Mo., was issued a summons for a harassing phone call.
  • Justin M. Bush, 23, of Chesterfield, Mo., was issued a summons for indecent exposure and resisting arrest.

Thefts

  • Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at Benton Street and Jefferson Avenue.
  • A cell phone and money were reported stolen at 546 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

  • The National Guard Armory, 2626 Independence St., reported property damage to the lawn.
  • A vehicle side-view mirror was reported damaged at 1030 Broadway.

  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for truancy.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • Fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance and identity theft were reported.
