DWI

  • Jeremy E. Yount, 25, 1404 Lexington Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Keith W. Umfleet, 58, 156 S. Minnesota St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of marijuana, distribution and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Brandon L. Banks, 22, 212 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on two Scott County warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license and a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
  • Qasim R. Al-Ganzawy, 41, 2831 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.
  • Ronald A. Wright, 45, 1318 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Malden, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
  • Tyrone A. Jones, 19, 112 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
  • David E. Nolen, 42, 116 Sycamore Circle, No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
  • Charla J. Huston, 37, of Dutchtown was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for suspended operator's license.
  • Justin E. King, 25, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

  • Kathy L. Hannah, 29, 3020 Boutin Drive, No. 118, and Jessica L. Pender, 27, 1852 Rampart St., were issued summonses for assault.
  • Brett L. Drone, 21, of Ridgway, Ill., was issued a summons for indecent exposure.
