DWI
- Jeremy E. Yount, 25, 1404 Lexington Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
- Keith W. Umfleet, 58, 156 S. Minnesota St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of marijuana, distribution and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Brandon L. Banks, 22, 212 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on two Scott County warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license and a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
- Qasim R. Al-Ganzawy, 41, 2831 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.
- Ronald A. Wright, 45, 1318 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Malden, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
- Tyrone A. Jones, 19, 112 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
- David E. Nolen, 42, 116 Sycamore Circle, No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
- Charla J. Huston, 37, of Dutchtown was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for suspended operator's license.
- Justin E. King, 25, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.

- Kathy L. Hannah, 29, 3020 Boutin Drive, No. 118, and Jessica L. Pender, 27, 1852 Rampart St., were issued summonses for assault.
- Brett L. Drone, 21, of Ridgway, Ill., was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

- Shell Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
- A purse was reported stolen at 234 N. Sprigg St.
- Starbucks, 188 Vantage Drive, reported a theft of cash.
- A battery was reported stolen and cables damaged at 439 Optimist Drive.
- Second-degree burglary was reported at 136 S. Lorimier St.
Property damage
n A screen door window was reported broken at 614 Sycamore Circle.
- Damage to vehicle was reported at 1709 Westwood Drive.
- Cables damaged was reported at 439 Optimist Drive.

- A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
