Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- A subject is in custody pending charges for driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway and failure to signal.
- Cody M. Gaither, 21, 373 Trillium St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Summonses
- Michael S. Payne, 27, 909 Hackberry St., Mikel D. Robinson, 20, 510 S. Middle St., and Clarence L. Fisher, 37, 44 N. Henderson Ave., were issued summonses for peace disturbance.
- Latrice V. Coffman, 23, 1020 Independence St., Apt. 2, was issued a summons for false declaration.
- Patrick L. Buck, 38, 1108 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for property damage.
- Curtis D. Lemons, 50, 33 N. Ellis St., Apt. A, was issued a summons for failure to have insurance.
Arrests
- Lilgreg E. Jackson, 22, of St. Louis was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for trespassing and false declaration.
- Kasey M. Hoffman, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for speeding and striking a parked car.
- Leon Nunley, 20, 715 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
- Anthony N. Lucas, 21, 1241 Brenda Kay Drive, Apt. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for revoked license.
- Maurice R. McClinton, 25, 926 William St., was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace and interfering with arrest.
Burglaries
- A burglary was reported at 1218 William St.
Thefts
- A cordless drill was reported stolen at 101 S. Pacific St.
- A 2008 yellow Roketa scooter was reported stolen at 904 Themis St.
- Cash was reported stolen at 188 Vantage Drive, Suite 102.
- A checkbook, cash and wallet were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
- Best Buy, 3026 William St., reported a theft of cash. A subject is in custody pending charges.
Assault
- An assault and property damage were reported.
Property damage
- Patrick Furniture, 1400 N. Kingshighway, reported property damage.
