  • Patrick Kenneth Slayton, 46, 417 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • David Karl Heider, 53, 922 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Richard E. Fulton, 23, 412 Sheridan Drive, Apt. H, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

  • Lacey W. Umfleet, 39, of Jackson and Carteiz D. King, 102 Clark Ave., Apt. 2, were arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
  • Daunte Jordan Smith, 29, of Lilbourn, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for two counts of contempt of court.
  • Jessica Lyn Glueck, 23, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Stacey Leah Arnzen, 27, of Glenallen, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Whitney J. Vaughn, 27, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Michael Joseph Stewart, 41, of O'Fallon was arrested on an Arnold, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for a parking violation.
  • Tina Marie Succaw, 34, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to report to court-ordered confinement.
  • David Charles Inman, 47, 520 N. Hope St., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.
  • Tyrone Alphonse Jones, 19, 535 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
