Arrests

  • A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of stealing.
  • Kyle R. Tousdale, 61, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • A 15-year-old boy was cited in juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
  • A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended.
  • Kameron P. Mesenberg, 21, of St. Peters, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • Shea D. Mattingly, 24, of 53 Sena Fawn Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding, failure to appear for driving while suspended and probation violation.

Assaults

  • An assault and stealing were reported.
  • A domestic assault was reported.

Summonses

  • Michael W. Terry, 56, of 1858 Big Bend Road, received a summons for peace disturbance.
  • Christopher S. Brooks, 44, of 603 Mechaw Drive, received a summons for stealing.

Thefts

  • Wood & Huston Bank, 111 S. Broadview, reported a forgery.
  • A padlock was reported damage and tools and tubing were reported stolen from 612 Deevers Crossing.
  • A vehicle door was reported damaged and an iPod and FM transmitter reported stolen at 1624 Scott St.
  • A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1310 Jefferson Ave.
  • Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A forgery was reported.
  • EB Games, 3049 William St., reported an XBox power cord stolen.
  • A Missouri license plate KTBUG2 was reported stolen at 801 North St.
  • Cash was reported stolen at 823 N. Clark St.

Property damage

  • Two vehicles were reported damaged in the 300 block of North Ellis Street.
  • A mailbox was reported damaged at 2746 Gordonville St.

  • A school bus stop sign violation was reported.

Arrests

  • Nathan T. Oxley, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.
  • John J. Schmid, 33, of Whitewater was arrested on a Kane County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized certificate original/sale of vehicle.
  • Marcus A. Greet, 24, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County/Cape Girardeau warrant for domestic assault.
  • Steven L. Allison, 31, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for nonsupport.

DWIs

  • Michael D. Revelle, 24, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Misty L. Brannan, 26, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Darrell W. Underwood, 27, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to signal.

Theft
