Saturday, Aug. 24The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
Broshawn D. Egson, 26, of 212 S. Lorimier, Apt. 8, was arrested Friday on suspicion of indecent exposure.
Susan R. Fulton, 54, of 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of trespassing.
Dewayne L. Pengelley, 24, of 217 S. Spanish, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Kenny C. Bell, 21, of 1413 William, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
A subject was placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
Thomas W. Melander, 22, of 5150 West 127th Street, Alsip, Ill., was arrested Thursday on Cape Girardeau warrants for speeding, failure to drive on right side of road, failure to use signals, driving while revoked, improper registration and driving while intoxicated.Summonses
A summons was issued Thursday to Johnean A. Smith, 20, of 607 N. Sprigg, Apt. A, on suspicion of stealing.
A summons was issued Thursday to Jody A. Omohundro, 37, of 1727 Themis, on suspicion of telephone harassment.
Thefts A soap dispenser and pump were reported stolen Thursday at Cape Janitorial Supply at 612 S. Kingshighway.
Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday at Amerimart at 1320 W. Cape Rock.
A CD player, CDs, amplifiers, tires and rims were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Friday at 624 S. Ellis.
Property Damage
A gravel lot was reported damaged Thursday at 1810 Plaza Way.
A brick wall was reported damaged Thursday at 1901 Independence.
A vehicle was reported damaged Thursday on Minnesota.
A yard was reported damaged Thursday at 2400 Abbey.
Miscellaneous
A red 1992 Toyota pickup was recovered Thursday at the 1600 block of Themis. The truck had been reported stolen from Hi-Tek Cable TV.
