The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Michael W. Schemel Jr., 21, of 1330 N. Sprigg, Apt. 4, was arrested Friday on suspicion of peace disturbance.
Candy A. Seaworth, 21, of 1412 Jefferson, was arrested Friday on suspicion of displaying the plates of another vehicle, no seat belt and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
John C. Skinner, 18, of 1710 N. Sprigg, Apt. 809 B, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and no seat belt.
David A. Tingle II, 25, of 1030 Broadway, Apt. D, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Jerry L. McFadden, 51, of 1048 Meyer Drive, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for non-support.
David J. Butler, 38, of 1502 Jane Drive, was arrested Thursday on a state warrant for failure to appear.
Mitchell B. Dacus, 24, of 470 Estate Drive, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Assaults An incident of child endangerment was reported Thursday.
An incident of child abuse was reported Thursday.
A 16-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Thursday for assault.
Felicia Smith, 37, of 1015 Bloomfield was arrested Friday on suspicion of assault.
Thefts A stereo, CD changer, speakers, amplifier and spotlight were reported stolen Thursday at 1706 Brookwood.
A toolbox, clothing and miscellaneous items were reported stolen Thursday at 1707 N. Mount Auburn.
Non-payment for cab service was reported Thursday by Yellow Cab Company at 319 S. Middle.
Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by D-Mart at 3415 William.
Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Don's Store 24 at 341 S. Sprigg.
Cash and miscellaneous papers were reported stolen Thursday at 317 S. Hanover.
Stealing was reported Friday at 1320 West Cape Rock Drive.
A cell phone was reported stolen Friday at 501 N. Silver Springs.
Burglary Burglaries were reported Thursday at 601A and 603A N. Sprigg. Two suspects were placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges for burglary, stealing, possession of burglary tools and resisting arrest by flight.
Property Damage A locking device was reported damaged Friday by KGMO at 909 S. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous Two incidents of forgery were reported Thursday by K's Merchandise at 271 S. Broadview.
A counterfeit $100 bill was reported Thursday at Jimmy John's Sandwiches at 1800 Broadway.
A 15-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Thursday as a recovered runaway.
