Jackson police report 9/5/18

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Chase Lasswell, 29, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Arrests

• Dwayne Ford, 44, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant and issued a citation for speeding.
• Zachary Keller, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 10 grams, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, distribution/manufacture of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Citations

• Michael Monahan, 58, of Cape Girardeau was issued a citation for failure to register motor vehicle and failure to stop for posted stop sign.
• Ethen Cochran, 21, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a citation for displaying plates of another and failure to have insurance.
• Sarah Cook, 51, of Jackson was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Assaults

• Assault was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
• Assault was reported in the 200 block of North Georgia Street.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 2900 block of South Old Orchard Road.
• Theft was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
• Theft was reported in the 200 block of Rolling Fields Drive.
• Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Royal Drive.
• Theft was reported in the area of West Main Street and North Union Avenue.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 2600 block of Brittany Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Broadridge Drive.
• Fight in progress was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
• Trespassing was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
• Trespassing was reported in the 1100 block of K Land Drive.
