JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Andrew J. O'Neal, 30, 957 W. Independence St., No. 41, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

* Jennifer L. Moore, 36, 363 Godwin Drive, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

Summonses

* Erin E. Bollmann, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Amber N. Welch, 27, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

* Robert W. Penrod Jr., 34, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Cody A. Myers, 22, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the area of City Park.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Dorothy Drive.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 2300 block of Stotler Way.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

* An assist was requested in the 2900 block of East Main Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 700 block of Greensferry Road.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 1300 block of East Main Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of North Hope Street.

* Trespassing was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
