The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Nicole L. Long, 33, 136 North Skyline Drive, was arrested on suspicion of while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Genny M. Jones, 28, 426 East Lane, No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of forgery and fraudulent use of a credit device.

* Jeffery D. Murry, 28, 426 East Lane, No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, fraudulent use of a credit device and forgery.

Summonses

* Damien A. McElhaney, 26 of Jackson was issued summonses for driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain insurance, failure to register a motor vehicle and a seat-belt violation.

* Stephen W. Jordan, 36, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Julie A. Brandmeyer, 34, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Danielle N. Pettigrew, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Laura A. Grant, 30, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Ryan D. Rhodes, 45, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Washington Street.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the area of Union Avenue and West Adams Street.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 1300 block of Rolling Fields Drive.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.

* Fraud was reported in the 200 block of West Vale Drive.
