The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Robert T.R. King, 23, 930 E. Main St., Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Lacy J. Ruesler, 22, of Friedheim was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Caleb A. Crowden, 17, no address given, was issued summonses for driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Julia G. Dominguez, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without valid an operator's license.

* Sara E. Eaves, 35, 114 Bellevue St., was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 400 block of North Russell Avenue.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 2900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.
