The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Bernard C. Cruz, 18, 610 Odus Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Cody A. Seyer, 23, 529 Adams St., No. 1, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order on an original charge of failure to pay fine and costs.

* Samantha M. Pruitt, 22, 1058 Oak St., No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Kevin A. Green, 46, 1705 Bella Vista Drive, was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Tara L. Donley, 30, 309 Henderson St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Joseph A. Goodman, 33, 121 Arbor Circle, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

Miscellaneous

* A fight in progress was reported in the 100 block of Court Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Court Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.
