Jackson police report 9/2/14

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Timothy D. Lesch, 52, 524 W. Jefferson St., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and following a vehicle too closely, causing a motor vehicle accident.

Arrests

* Nicholas B. Miller, 23, 630 Broadridge Drive, No. E-1, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with operator's license revoked.

* Kyle Z. Colyott, 18, 805 Amanda St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams os marijuana.

Summonses

* Michelle R. Schabbing, 47, of Gordonville was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Brian W. Biri, 35, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Brenton F. Kubik, 27, of Jackson was issued a summons for speeding and failure to maintain insurance.

* Christopher L. Kilburn, 33, of Benton, Missouri, was issued summonses for failure to maintain insurance and a stop-sign violation.

* Nathan D. Jones, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Brittany N. Meredith, 29, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield to a motor vehicle and causing an accident.

* Dymond C.R. Gardner, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license.

* Delores J. Freeman, 69, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Gary L. Turner, 61, of Jackson was issued a summons for improper passing.

* John M. Patrick, 54, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for speeding and failure to maintain insurance.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of North Ohio Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of West Washington Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 2800 block of South Old Orchard Road.

* Property damage was reported in the 2100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 2500 block of Travelers Way.

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 1200 block of Pawnee Avenue.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 1300 block of Rolling Fields Drive.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.

* A drug violation was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Jessica Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.

* Fraud was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A fight in progress was reported in the 300 block of Florence Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 400 block of Kate Street.
