Jackson police report 9/10/13

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Jamie H. Parker, 23, 409 Morgan St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation on an original charge of driving while intoxicated.

Summonses

* Teresa G. Keys, 51, 178 Birch Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Corey E. Roberts, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motorcycle without an endorsement and failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Dennis L. Nash, 30, of Oran, Mo., was issued a summons for operating a motorcycle without an endorsement.

* Judith A. Cozby, 67, 3608 Shalom St., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Nicholas C. Palen, 20, 221 Henderson St., was issued a summons for failure to wear a seat belt.

* Zachary D. Humphrey, 28, 708 Elmwood St., was issued a summons for failure to wear a seat belt.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of Morgan Street.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported at Oak Street and North Farmington Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Blanche Drive.

* A fight in progress was reported at Old Cape Road and John Street.

* A verbal dispute was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 1700 block of Old Cape Road.
