DWI

  • Richard K. Kay, 58, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

Arrests

  • Misty M. Cossey, 40, of Jackson was arrested on a Dexter, Missouri, warrant.
  • Jacob L. Cooper, 28, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summonses

  • Jonathan D. Cowart, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Crystal N. Bell, 31, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Kymberly D. Lawrence, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, displaying the plates of another and failure to maintain insurance.
  • Bradley D. Graf, 45, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
  • Andrew F. Yount, 30, of Jackson was issued a summons for seat-belt violation.
  • Todd M. Gloth, 47, of Jackson was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle.
