- Jacqueline Y. McClellan, 27, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

Summonses
- Sarah R. Ishmael, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
- Kristen T. Carmack, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

- Harassment was reported in the 1500 block of Enterprise Court.
