JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Ronald L. Cox, Jr., 36, 406 East Lane, No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Carol J. McClard, 42, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott City warrant.

Summons

• Joshua Q. Roberts, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the area of Forest Street And East Independence Street.

Miscellaneous

• Fraud was reported in the 2200 block of Walton Drive, the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard and the 700 block of Kasten Drive.
• Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Daisy Avenue.
• Assists were requested in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road and the 200 block of Daisy Avenue.
• Court-order violations were reported in the 700 block of Brown Street and the 400 block of East Lane.
