The Jackson Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• Tiffany R. Warner, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.

Thefts

• Thefts were reported twice in the 900 block of West Independence Street and the 2000 block of Walton Drive.

Miscellaneous

• A drug violation was reported in the 200 block of North West lane.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Broadridge Drive.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Assists were requested in the 800 block of Amanda Street and the 300 block of East Washington Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 1100 block of K Land Drive.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 300 block of East Washington Street.
