The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Robert L. Sutton, 22, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within a single lane.

Arrests

* Joshua Crook, 17, 1210 Pawnee St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Robbie L. Sutton, 42, of Annapolis, Mo., was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear.

* Chad S. Pack, 21, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Benjamin J. Egan, 26, 3022 Themis St., Apt. D, Cape Girardeau, was issued a citation for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Trishia A. Grubb, 33, 630 Broadridge Drive, Apt. D2, was issued a citation for indecent exposure.

* Joseph E. Frailey, 24, 1059 Trail Ridge, was issued a citation for indecent exposure.

* A theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of Old Cape Road.

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of Cathy Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 800 block of Old Cape Road.

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of East Adams Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the area of Eastview Court.

* Property damage was reported in the area of North Hope Street and Greensferry Road.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported in the 100 block of West Main Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A fight in progress was reported in the 600 block of South Colorado Street.
