The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Gerald M. Jones, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Daiana M. Coomer, 24, of Jackson was arrested on a Jefferson County, Missouri, warrant.

Summonses

• Gerald M. Jones, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for affray.
• Corey M. Thomas, 24, of Mayfield, Kentucky, was issued a summons for affray.
• Hiram A. Gunter, 40, of Scott City was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Jeremy W. Shirrell, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Michael G. Morgan, 30, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Christopher D. Fowler, 44, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Tristan N. Lanigan, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Joseph E. Benevente, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 300 block of North Maryland Street.
• Theft was reported in the 600 block of Highland Drive.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the area of East Jackson Boulevard and Donna Drive.
• Property damage was reported in the area of Jackson Ridge.

Miscellaneous

• Check the welfare was requested in the 1400 block of North Farmington Road.
• Forgery was reported in the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Fraud was reported in the 900 block of Gerald Street.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Broadridge Drive.
• Fraud was reported in the 1400 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
• An assist was requested in the 2900 block of South Old Orchard Road.
• A fight in progress was reported in the 600 block of North Maryland Street.
• An assist was requested in the 2900 block of South Old Orchard Road.
