Summonses

* Aaron J. James, 32, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Jamie E. Davidson, 33, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Jenny L. Farrow, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to show proof of insurance.

* Tammy D. Blagg, 39, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Ashley N. Gowan, 27, of Olive Branch, Illinois, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the area of City Park.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 300 block of North Missouri Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Aaron Drive.
