JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Wayne J. Brickhaus, 65, 957 W. Independence St., No. 35, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

* Aaron C. Batteau, 34, 810 Clark St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and suspended operator's license.

Arrests

* Lawrence R. Robideau, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for third-degree domestic assault.

* Jerry W. Simpkins, 25, of Scott City was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.

* Lancelot W. McGuire, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an assault charge.

* David M. Merchant, 32, 2356 Litz Blvd., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failure to abate a nuisance.

* Austin A. Cortez, 24, 503 Sycamore St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Lisa R. Bequette, 40, 1105 Nell Green, was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

* Sabrina K. Seevers, 29, of Altenburg, Mo., was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license, failure to restrain children in proper child safety seats and park curfew violation.

* James M. Bles, 42, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to stop for posted stop sign.

* Rhonda F. McClanahan, 42, 2503 Lakeshore Drive, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Danielle N. Pettigrew, 26, 813 Amanda St., was issued summonses for failure to register motor vehicle and failure to stop for posted stop sign.

* Assault was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported in the 800 block of East Adams Street.

* Burglary was reported in the 800 block of Old Cape Road.

* Burglary was reported in the 800 block of Dorothy Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.

* Theft was reported in the 800 block of Old Cape Road.
