The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Kent Street.

Summonses

* Michael R. Rodgers, 27, 323 Daisy St., was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Donna M. Sebastian, 50, 628 N. Georgia St., was issued a summons for failur to register motor vehicle.

* Melissa A. Stroder, 27, 2342 York Drive, was issued a summons for speeding.

* Gladys F. Mosley, 55, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for improper parking.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2500 block of Ridge Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 100 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.
