The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Markease M. Hall, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
* Dustin M. Martin, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to signal, failure to have valid insurance and driving while revoked.
* China C. Newbern, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and a seat-belt violation.
* Christopher L. Franklin, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Richard L. Davis, 50, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
* Jeffrey A. Crites, 43, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
* Joshua L. Swindle, 34, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
* Beth A. Hager, 54, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle
* Victoria A. Morgan, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Theft was reported in the 2800 block of South Old Orchard Road.
* Theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Property damage was reported in the 900 block of West Main Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
* A drug violation was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.
* A drug violation was reported on East Jackson Boulevard.
* A drug violation was reported on Parkview Street.
* Check the welfare was requested in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Request to assist other agency was made in the 400 block of Jefferson Street.
* A court-order violation was reported in the 1700 block of Ridge Road.
* A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Francis Drive.
* Fraud was reported in the 400 block of West Main Street.
* Request to speak to an officer was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.
* An assist was requested in the 800 block of East Jefferson Street.
