The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jayce A. Thompson, 24, of Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Mitchell R. Woods, 18, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, possession of alcohol by a minor, driving while intoxicated, failure to drive in a single lane and speeding.

* Charles D. Bollinger, 35, 406 N. Russell Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* James Rice, 39, 834 Odus Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm.

* Tosha A. Fry, 22, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

Summons

* Lashaun C. Malone, 23, 1431 Woodland Drive, Apt. D, received a summons for possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.

* A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of South Union Avenue.

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of Old Cape Road.

* Property damage was reported in the area of Rosamund Street.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Tracy Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the area of North High Street.
