- Kate L. Brase, 30, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
- Mariah A. Islas, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to maintain insurance and operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.
- Ruth M. Rhodes, 76, of Jackson was issed a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.
