The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Chase M. McDaniel, 19, 1207 E. Main St., Apt. 22, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Mikeal C. Mohr, 20, of Sioux City, Iowa, was arrested on a Clark County, Mo., warrant.

* Hillary G. Jackson, 61, 935 Greensferry Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 1400 block of North Farmington Road.

* Theft was reported in the 600 block of Luetje Street.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of Plainview Avenue.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Summonses

* Cody W. Davis, 19, of Millersville was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Johnny D. Bedwell, 54, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop for red light.

* Damien K. Craig, 39, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Taylor C. Pierce, 22, 2812 Hilltop Drive, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

* Thomas E. Lappe, 47, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for erosion control.

Miscellaneous

* Check the welfare was requested in the area of South Lacey Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of Randy Drive.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 6700 block of Broadridge Road.

* A peace diturbance was reported in the area of East Main and Donald streets.
