The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Jacob Alexander Parrish, 23, of Palatka, Florida, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated on drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

• Malerie P. Essner, 30, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.
• Kyle J. Anderson, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Whitney M. Estevez Garcia, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 700 block of Kasten Drive.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Eastview Court.

Miscellaneous

• Check the welfare was requested in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 100 block of High Street.
• Request to speak to an officer was made in the 800 block of Dorothy Drive.
• Domestic dispute was reported in the 900 block of West Adams Street.
• Domestic dispute was reported in the 1100 block of Trail Ridge Drive.
