Jackson police report 7/10/15

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Becka Leeann Darby, 17, 382 County Road 324, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and resisting arrest by a law enforcement officer.
• Javon Demont Burleson, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Summonses

• David Allen Medling, 54, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
• Zachary Thomas Winchester, 28, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for speeding and failure to wear a seat belt.
• Abbey Malyn Blackwell, 21, of Owensville, Missouri, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Jamie Martin Schumacher, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 2800 block of Old Orchard Road.

Assault

• Assault was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 2400 block of Ridge Road.

Miscellaneous

• Illegal parking was reported twice at Michael Anna and East Jackson Boulevard.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 2300 block of Lakeshore Drive.
• An intoxicated driver was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.
