JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests to no imply guilt.

DWI

• Lloyd F. Cureton, 33, 118 Main St., No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to yield.

Arrests

• Krysten L. Essner, 29, 809 Corinne St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for shoplifting.
• Terrance E. Smith, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for illegal parking.
• Tyler P. Hawn, 51, 323 E. Washington St., was arrested on suspicion of a parole violation.
• Allen L. Slatton, 44, 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
• Joseph D. Haven, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summonses

• Mersadies A Eggimann, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• Dylan C. Brazel, 20, of Jackson was isued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• Taylor R. Myer, 27, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Stephen D. Hamra, 46, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Ceylon J. Herath, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Cheryl L. Dudley, 63, of Millersville was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Johnnie A. McGee, 57, of St. Peters, Missouri, was issued a summons for a truck-route violation.
• Jeannine L. Jones, 50, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Joseph D. Haven, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license.
• Genny M. Jones, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for fighting.
• Joplin J. Boothbay, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for fighting.
• Adison G. Abernathy, 21, of Jackson was issued a summons for displaying the plates of another.
• Ronald D. Scott Jr., 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Taylor M. Phlman, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Yasdani Gonzalez, 17, of Cape GIrardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 1500 block of Watson Drive.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 2500 block of Watson Drive.
• Theft was reported in the 1800 block of Oak Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Monroe Street.

Miscellaneous

• A court-order violation was reported in the 600 block of Strawberry Lane.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Daisy Avenue.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Adams Street.
